Before using the Certificate Wizard please read the overview below.

Steps

Step 1. Generate a certificate request. Save your request and key. Store your key in a safe place.

Step 2. Email the request to Medical Objects. Note: Never send your key to anyone.

Step 3. Medical Objects will return a partial certificate to you. Using the Wizard you will combine this with your key to generate a complete certificate.

Step 4. You can now use your certificate to secure communications with the Medical Objects server.

Templates

You can save your progress before generating a request by using the "File --> Save Request Fields" menu. This may be handy if you want to re-generate the same certificate again when it expires etc.

You can load a template you have been supplied by Medical Objects staff using "File --> Load Request Fields".
