The Delivery Report is your auditing tool to check if results have been sent or have arrived. It is recommended that it be checked frequently to make sure the software is functioning correctly. This guide provides an overview of how to access the Delivery Report via Gentu.

Accessing the Delivery Report Via Gentu

To access the Delivery report Report via Gentu, you need to click into the “Results “Results / Letters” Letters” tab on the left hand side of the window.

Next, on the bottom left hand corner of the window, you will need to click on the link that says “Medical“Medical-Objects Delivery Report”Report”.
